At any moment, Users can exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and to know their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or ask for their integration, updating or correction.
Moreover, in accordance with this provision, users also have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, their transformation into an anonymous format or their blocking if processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the processing of such data for legitimate reasons. By this e-mail address, users have the possibility to ask for an up-dated list of all the responsible individuals for the treatment of their personal data.
The request for the above information can be renewed with a minimum interval of ninety (90) days, except for the existence of justified motivations: the cancellation or the modification of all data in case of violation of the law; the cancellation of the data which are not used for the aims for which they were collected.
