Shipments made by Lilla S.p.a. are carried out by express courier at the indicated costs and orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m.
Shipments related to orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched from the following Monday or from the first working day of the week.
At the time of shipment an e-mail containing the order data will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.
In order to track the order, the shipping number shall be inserted on the Website of the company which provides the shipping service.
All orders placed on LILLASHOP.COM will be accompanied at the time of delivery by an official invoice that declares the value of each item in Euro/Dollar, as per the laws regulating the trade.
As soon as the cargo arrives, the Customer shall inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm the delivery of the cargo.
Goods are carefully packed by Lilla S.p.a. with adhesive tape placed around the package.
If for any reason the package appears mishandled or the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is requested to sign the receipt of the delivery with reservation or refuse the delivery.
If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of mishandled package, Customers are asked to contact Lilla S.p.a. at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason the order is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package might be returned to the sender at the Customer’s expense. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund to the Customer from Lilla S.p.a.
In addition, all Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Lilla S.p.a. and therefore they accept delivery of their package: if for any reason the Customer refuses the delivery of the shipment or asks for the return of it to the sender at the time of delivery, any shipping costs, charged to Lilla S.p.a., will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Shipments carried out by Lilla S.p.a. are insured against theft or accidental damage without extra charges.
Once the shipment reaches the specified destination, the insurance loses its validity.
In any case, Lilla S.p.a reserves the right to refuse the placed orders at its sole discretion.
In case of non-acceptance of an order placed by a Customer, for this circumstace, the Customer will not be able to advance any claim for compensation for contractual or extra-contractual damages in any way, except for the refund of any sum that has already been paid.
